This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested, designed to protect both our clients and our business.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our services, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Creation or publication of content (e.g., posts, reels, videos).
  • Launch of advertising campaigns.
  • Conducted or scheduled WhatsApp sessions.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, in the following exceptional cases:

  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service (e.g., no posts, reels, or session conducted) due to our fault, a full or partial refund may be issued.
  • Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the service start date (e.g., before the first post or session), a refund may be processed, subject to a 15% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
  • Technical Failure: For WhatsApp sessions, if a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end and cannot be rescheduled within 7 days, a full refund may be offered.

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with Results: We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., customer acquisition, engagement, or problem resolution), and refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with results.
  • Partial or Full Delivery: No refunds for services that have been partially or fully delivered (e.g., posts published, ads run, session conducted).
  • Client-Side Issues: No refunds for issues caused by the client, including failure to provide required materials, attend scheduled sessions, or approve content in a timely manner.
  • Post-Service Cancellation: Cancellations after the service has started are not eligible for refunds.
  • Third-Party Issues: No refunds for issues caused by third parties (e.g., payment gateway errors, social media platform restrictions).

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the issue via email at [Your Email Address] or phone at [Your Contact Number].
  • Provide your order number, service details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Refund decisions are final and at our discretion.

5. Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., UPI or card) within 10 business days.
  • A 15% processing fee may be deducted to cover administrative and transaction costs.
  • Bank or payment gateway fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Refund disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, under Indian law.
