  • Session Attendance: For WhatsApp sessions, you must attend at the scheduled time. Failure to attend forfeits the session without refund.

  • Delays due to client-side issues (e.g., failure to provide materials) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues) are not our responsibility.
